We’re proud to dispatch from the UK. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods and around public holidays.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right, you can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, simply contact our team with your order number and we’ll take it from there.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty or damaged — if that ever happens, contact us with a photo and we’ll put it right straight away.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
